1. Acceptance of Terms By using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
   • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Website and to become a member of the Club.Membership in the Club is subject to approval and may require meeting additional criteria including being a local resident and being referred by an existing member

   • The Club is a private entity; only members can access the Club premises.
   • All members must carry a valid ID card at all times while on Club premises.
   • Members must adhere to all Club rules and guidelines as may be updated from time to time.
   • Upon submission of membership application or any other required information, you will receive an email from the Club with further details or instructions.
     
4. Cannabis Information and Education
   • The Club may provide information and education on medical cannabis and prevention of misuse to its members.
   • The Club does not promote the sale of cannabis.
     
5. Community Sharing
   • The Club is a community that engages in the sharing of resources and information, not in the sale of goods or services.
     
6. Dispute Resolution
   • Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, the Club, or the Website will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, as detailed in our Dispute Resolution Policy.
     
7. Indemnification
   • Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Club and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit, or action arising from or related to the use of the Club or Website or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys’ fees​.
